Hilton has agreed to purchase Graduate Hotels brand from AJ Capital Partners for $210 million, expanding its portfolio in the lifestyle hotel market. The Nashville-based Graduate Hotels focuses on college campuses and is expected to help accelerate Hilton's expansion in this sector. Graduate Hotels currently has 21 properties in its portfolio and the acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
