Former Polish PM Kaczynski faces parliamentary committee probe over Pegasus spyware use. Poland's largest opposition party leader, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, refused to fully cooperate with a parliamentary commission investigating allegations of phone-hacking when his party was in power. Kaczynski, the leader of the Law and Justice (PiS) party, missed part of the oath as he appeared before the commission, which is looking into allegations that the government illegally hacked phones of political opponents, as well as the use of Pegasus spyware.
