DoubleDragon Corp., a Philippine property developer, has broken ground on its 680-room Hotel101-Madrid in Spain, aiming to complete the project by Q4 2025. Located in a prime commercial area in Valdebebas, Madrid, the hotel is expected to become one of the top 5 largest in the city. Construction is set to commence in April and will be overseen by Spain's Ferrovial Construction.
