Twenty-six second-tier cities reported a 0.3% decline, while 35 third-tier cities experienced a 0.4% drop. New home prices in first-tier cities decreased by 1% year-on-year, while second and third-tier cities experienced declines of 1.1% and 2.7%, respectively.
