Azercell Telecom, in partnership with "Ümidli Gələcək" Public Union, launched the "Create the Future with Your Own Hands" project at Women's Penitentiary Institution No. 4. The project aims to rehabilitate and reintegrate female inmates into society through soft skills training and job opportunities. Inmates were also introduced to the "Women's Hotline," a 24/7 support service providing help for victims of violence.
