26-year-old Haitian migrant, Cory Alvarez, arrested and charged with aggravated rape of a 15-year-old girl at a Massachusetts hotel sheltering migrants. Alvarez was allowed into the US via a contentious parole program, permitting up to 30,000 migrants per month to enter the country. The suspect allegedly assaulted the victim after she helped him with apps on his tablet.
