25-year-old man arrested after pregnant woman hit by car in West Bromwich, suffers serious injuries and loses unborn baby. The woman was six months pregnant when she was hit by a vehicle around 7.30pm on February 18. The driver left the scene, and a suspect was later arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The man has since been released pending further investigation. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage that could help with the case.
