11-year fugitive Liu, suspected of fraudulent fund-raising, repatriated to China from Indonesia after Interpol Red Notice arrest.
A fugitive, Liu, suspected of conducting illegal fund-raising through fabricated investment projects, was repatriated to China from Indonesia after 11 years on the run. Liu was listed as a Red Notice fugitive by Interpol in Nov 2014 and was arrested by Indonesian law enforcement departments last month. His case was initially filed in March 2013 by the public security department of Jungar Banner in Inner Mongolia.
