Vista Equity Partners plans a U.S. IPO for Solera, acquired in 2016, by end-2024.
Private equity firm Vista Equity Partners is seeking to hire investment banks for a U.S. IPO of Solera, a software provider for automotive and insurance industries. Vista acquired Solera for $6.5bn in 2016 and is interviewing banks for IPO underwriters. The listing could occur by end-2024, subject to market conditions, and Solera is yet to finalize the amount to raise and IPO valuation.
