Under Armour founder Kevin Plank returns as CEO on April 1, after Stephanie Linnartz's tenure saw revenues fall 6% in the latest quarter. Plank, who founded the company in 1996, will assume CEO and president roles while remaining a director. Dr. Mohamed A. El-Erian, an independent director since 2018, will become the non-executive chair of the board. Linnartz will stay with the company as an advisor until the end of April 2024.
