An overturned tractor-trailer carrying concrete jersey barriers blocked a lane on Fort Pitt Boulevard near Stanwix Street in Downtown Pittsburgh. The driver hit a jersey barrier while attempting to turn onto Fort Pitt Boulevard, and it took two crane trucks and two flatbeds to clear the scene. The extent of any injuries or delays caused by the incident is unclear.
