Toronto police charged two men, Edward Palacios, 64, and Sean Hancock, 59, for the sexual assault of a 12-year-old in 1983. The suspects, who had access to children as volunteers in the Leaside community, allegedly befriended the victim and assaulted him multiple times. Police believe there may be additional victims and have released images of the suspects from the 1980s and 1990s.
