Study reveals spending quality time with dogs increases relaxation and concentration brain waves, reducing stress and anxiety.

Researchers from Konkuk University in South Korea studied 30 adults wearing electroencephalography (EEG) electrodes, performing various activities such as playing with a toy, taking pictures of a dog, and giving treats. The study suggests that animal-assisted interventions like canine therapy can be beneficial for mental health.
