Deputy President Paul Mashatile announces rapid response interventions by the South African government to resolve water and electricity disruptions in various municipalities. The "Service Delivery War Room" is implementing improvement plans, including establishment of a Results Management Office and reforms in the Municipal Infrastructure Grant. Technical professionals are being deployed through the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) to address infrastructure issues.
