Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has urged the diversification of jute products according to international market demand to increase exports and unlock potential for Bangladesh's economy. Hasina opened six jute mills and the Diversified Jute Goods Fair -2024 on Thursday, coinciding with National Jute Day. The PM also announced stimulus packages for jute as an agricultural and export product.
