President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan addressed the 11th Global Baku Forum, stating that the main geopolitical change in the region since their last meeting is the full restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty. He believes this will have positive consequences on resolving conflicts in the region and is closer to peace with Armenia than ever before, due to the Second Karabakh War.
