Olivia Wirth, former head of Qantas' loyalty program, has been appointed as the new CEO and Executive Chair of Australian department store Myer. Wirth, a leading contender to replace Alan Joyce at Qantas, will join Myer's board in mid-March and become CEO from June 4. Wirth's priorities include enhancing in-store experiences, investing in e-commerce, and strengthening customer and supplier partnerships.
