2 more men, Demouy Blair (22) of Oshawa and Rocky Steve Stevenson (37) of Ajax, have been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of a married Bowmanville couple, Aram Kamel (28) and Rafad Alzubaidy (26), who were both shot multiple times at close range in their home on February 4, 2023. The total number of accused persons now stands at five.
