11-month-old Rakim Rowe is missing in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, last seen with 35-year-old Rakim Brown-Rowe on Wednesday morning. Pennsylvania State Police have issued a Missing Endangered Person Advisory for the infant, believing he may be at special risk of harm or injury. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Upper Merion Police Department.
