MicroStrategy plans to offer $500M in convertible notes to institutional investors due in 2031, aiming to purchase more Bitcoin. This is the software firm's second convertible note offering in less than 10 days, following a $600M private offering announced on March 5th. Bitcoin's value has reached a record high of $73,000, and MicroStrategy has significantly increased its Bitcoin holdings in 2021.
