2 men died after their canoe overturned on Lower Bolton Lake, 15 miles east of Hartford, Connecticut. Environmental conservation police responded to the scene and one man was pronounced dead at a hospital, while the body of the second man was recovered later in the evening. Both men were believed to have been in the canoe during the incident. Lower Bolton Lake is a popular spot for swimming, canoeing, and fishing.
