Matthew Castle, former president and director of Secor, Inc., a federal halfway house in Lebanon, VA, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for making false statements and wire fraud. Secor, Inc., which contracted with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, submitted fraudulent invoices and failed to meet home confinement requirements. The company was sentenced to probation and ordered to pay $208,105 in restitution, forfeit $40,000, and pay $30,000 in fines.
