Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne ruled out of Belgium squad & FA Cup quarter-final against Newcastle due to minor groin injury, as confirmed by Belgium coach Domenico Tedesco. De Bruyne, who missed most of the first half of the season with a hamstring injury, had been substituted during the 1-1 draw against Liverpool.
