11 Indonesian fishermen rescued after boat capsizing; search ongoing for 24 missing shipmates.

11 Indonesian fishermen have been rescued after their boat capsized last week, while search efforts continue for 24 missing shipmates. The boat left Jakarta on March 3, carrying tons of fish and equipment, when it was hit by stormy weather and high waves midway through its journey. The 11 fishermen, wearing life jackets, drifted for days until they were spotted by local fishermen in waters off the remote Selayar Islands in South Sulawesi province. The bodies of two other crew members were also discovered in the region.
