Godrej Properties Limited has acquired a 3-acre land parcel in Hyderabad's Kokapet area for a ₹1,300 crore residential project. This is the company's second land acquisition in the city, and the overall booking value potential added in Hyderabad is now ₹4,800 crore. The development project will have a potential of around 1.2 million square feet of saleable area, mostly comprising premium residential apartments.
