Finland joins NATO's DIANA initiative, establishing a business accelerator and two test centers in Espoo and Oulu. The initiatives aim to foster technology, innovation, and business development for both civil and defense purposes. Finland's Ministry of Defence and VTT Technical Research Centre led the proposal, with test centers set to focus on cyber-secure communication, quantum and space technologies, and 6G network technologies.
