England manager Gareth Southgate says Arsenal defender Ben White "didn't want to be considered" for the national team. White, who has excelled for Premier League leaders Arsenal this season, has not represented England since the 2022 World Cup. Southgate revealed that if White had not rejected the call, he would have been in his 25-man squad for this month's Euro 2024 warm-up friendlies against Brazil and Belgium.
