Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has challenged the summons issued by a lower court on two complaints filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for evading its summons in an alleged excise scam. Kejriwal moved the sessions court against orders passed by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM), who has directed him to appear before the court on March 16. The ED has filed two complaints against Kejriwal, seeking prosecution for not complying with the summonses issued in the case. The latest complaint pertains to Kejriwal not honouring summons number four to eight sent by the federal probe agency.
