1 dead, 1 injured in early-morning Windsor crash: One person died and another was injured in a crash on Mud Mill Road, reported to the Kennebec County Sheriff's Office at around 3:12 a.m. The driver, 65-year-old Shawn Donovan, was pronounced dead at the scene, while his passenger, 42-year-old Jessica Hans, was not conscious and taken to a hospital. Authorities believe Donovan suffered a medical event prior to the crash.
