Creative Scotland has withdrawn public funding from an explicit sex project, Rein, after the nature of the project changed significantly, with the central role being played by real sex acts. The project, initially awarded funds through the National Lottery Open Fund, has now been deemed to breach contractual obligations. Creative Scotland plans to seek a full refund of the funds paid to date.
