Chinese solar energy company GoodWe has officially opened a manufacturing facility in Vietnam, marking its third manufacturing site globally. Covering 14,800 sq m, the new factory in Hai Phong will initially specialize in the production of grid-tied and hybrid inverters, with an annual capacity of 5GW upon full operational status. Local production in Vietnam is expected to enhance GoodWe's price competitiveness and service offerings in the North American and Asian markets.
