Jackson, 27, joins Panthers after spending 4 seasons with Buffalo, where he had 3 interceptions, 28 passes defensed, and 152 tackles. He'll compete for a starting position opposite Jaycee Horn. Panthers GM Dan Morgan, who was in Bills' front office when Jackson was drafted in 2020, plays a role in the signing.
