Canada invests $55.6M in energy efficiency upgrades at CFB Gagetown, NB, including LED lighting, high-efficiency gas generators, water fixtures, and geothermal technology. A $19.7M solar farm is also being built, expected to supply over two-thirds of the base's energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 3,200 tons annually. Projects complete by April 2026, will create over 200 jobs during construction.
