87-year-old Armando Arango-Guerrero, a non-verbal man due to a medical issue, has gone missing in north Salem, Marion County. He was last seen near Brown Road Northeast on Tuesday at 11:40 a.m., wearing a red and black plaid shirt and black pants. The Marion County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's help in locating him; anyone who sees him is asked to keep him in sight and call 911.
