27-year-old mum-of-three Rhiana Jones took her own life after police attempted a welfare check but were unsuccessful, an inquest into her death heard. Officers were called by a third party fearing she was suicidal, but they did not conduct a detailed search of the area after she told them she was out walking her dog. The coroner said he could not say any act or omission on the part of the police contributed to Ms Jones' death.
