Galveston County deputy, Kenneth Wayne Hogan, 57, was arrested on an aggravated sexual assault of a child charge, stemming from allegations of abuse in the '90s. The alleged incidents occurred between 1993 and 1997, when the victim was eight to 12 years old. Hogan, who has been with the sheriff's office since 2006, is currently on administrative leave and faces termination if indicted.
