74-year-old Eric Carmen, creator of "All By Myself," passed away; Rick Springfield, Steven Van Zandt, and Paul Stanley paid tribute.
Rick Springfield, singer of "Jessie's Girl", paid tribute to Eric Carmen, creator of "All By Myself", following his passing at 74. Springfield recalled opening for Carmen's band, The Raspberries, in 1974 and expressed admiration for Carmen as an "amazing singer, amazing writer, and good human". Other musicians, including Steven Van Zandt and Paul Stanley, also shared their condolences and memories of Carmen.
