18-year-old Duluth teen, Shiheen Junnelle Russell, arrested after leading police on a chase in a stolen vehicle; faces charges of kidnapping, theft by receiving stolen property, and carrying a weapon within school safety zones. Gwinnett County police found the stolen vehicle with help of Flock cameras, and an aviation unit tracked the car to a school where three occupants exited. Two firearms, one reported stolen, were recovered.
