18-year-old Chatham man charged with uttering threats and failing to comply with an undertaking after threatening a woman's daughter. The suspect was found intoxicated and on conditions not to communicate with the woman or her daughter. Separately, a 28-year-old man was arrested for theft and possessing stolen property in an unrelated incident. Both are awaiting bail hearings.
