74-year-old Michael Whitbread, a British man, is set to be extradited to Italy to face murder charges for allegedly stabbing his partner, Michele Faiers, 66, seven times in the back. Whitbread was arrested in Leicestershire, England after Faiers' body was discovered at their home in Casoli, Italy. The extradition order was confirmed by the Crown Prosecution Service, and Whitbread now has seven days to lodge an appeal.
