500 UK households with rising ground rents to return to original levels following CMA report.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) reports that these households, owned by eight companies, will have their ground rents return to their original levels. The CMA considers this a significant victory for leaseholders facing escalating costs in recent years.
