A daily 15ml dose before food could aid in weight loss, reduce blood glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol levels in overweight individuals. Researchers conducted a double-blinded, randomized, clinical trial with 120 participants, aged 27-34, who were overweight or obese. The study revealed significant improvements in waist and hip measurements, body fat ratio, and body mass index (BMI) in all participants who consumed the vinegar.
