11-month-old baby girl found in cardiac arrest in a Pittsburgh apartment, under investigation for possible drowning. Police received reports of an unresponsive baby in the 1500 block of Centre Avenue at 7:20 a.m. and medics arrived to find her in cardiac arrest. She was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
