A person was pronounced dead following an incident near Gloucester Railway Station, causing train disruptions between Swindon and Gloucester, including services to the Cheltenham Festival on 13 March. Emergency services were called to the scene just before 7am and the railway line was closed for two hours. British Transport Police later confirmed that the incident is not thought to be suspicious.
