Lockdown reported at Illinois Capitol building. Elevated fire danger due to southwest winds gusting to 30 mph, relative humidity as low as 25%, and dry conditions ignite grass or brush fires. Several field fires reported along Interstate 74 near Brownsburg. Exercise extreme caution with outdoor burning, open flames, and smoking materials.
