Driver on M60 slowed to 30mph, pulled over by police, provided positive breath sample, arrested.
A driver was pulled over by Greater Manchester Police for driving at 30mph on the 70mph stretch of the M60 motorway between junctions 10 and 11 at 3.24am. There was no other traffic around and no obvious reason for the slow speed, prompting officers to pursue the Vauxhall Corsa, which eventually stopped at Liverpool Road. The driver subsequently provided a positive breath sample and was arrested.
