The Delhi High Court seeks the police's response and that of the two accused, Darvesh and Naveen Dalal, on a plea challenging a trial court order that discharged them of the attempt to murder charge involving activist Umar Khalid outside the Constitution Club in 2018. The accused still face charges for offences under the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act. The case will be heard on May 21.
