Canadian curler Briane Harris suspended from Scotties Tournament of Hearts due to trace Ligandrol positive.

Canadian curler Briane Harris was suspended from competing at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts after testing positive for trace amounts of Ligandrol, a banned substance used for increasing energy and muscle growth. Harris's lawyer stated that she was unknowingly exposed to the banned substance through bodily contact, and the curler is appealing the suspension. Curling Canada expressed disappointment in the positive test result but respected the integrity of the testing process and Harris's right to appeal.
