Zimbabwe appoints Norman Mapeza as interim head coach for national football team Warriors in a four-nations tournament in Malawi.
Zimbabwe's Football Association (ZIFA) has appointed FC Platinum's coach Norman Mapeza as the interim head coach for the national team, the Warriors, for an upcoming four-nations tournament in Malawi from 18-26 March. The tournament will feature Malawi, Kenya, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Mapeza previously served as the Warriors' interim coach during the 2021 AFCON competition in Cameroon and will be assisted by Ngezi Platinum Stars head coach Takesure Chiragwi.
