Judge lifts reporting restrictions, allowing the 80-year-old Shannon man, Jim Harmon, who indecently assaulted five boys over six years in Clare and Limerick to be named. Harmon, aged 33-38 at the time, pleaded guilty to 12 counts of indecent assault against the boys from 1976 to 1981. The judge agreed on the removal of restrictions but stated that the complainants cannot be identified.
